Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it according to the return policy.

Delivery is free for orders over 300 lei.

For orders under 300 lei, the shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

For international deliveries, the shipping fee is calculated based on the destination country and is displayed at checkout.

National delivery (Cargus, Sameday): 24-48 working hours.

During busy periods (promotional campaigns, Black Friday, holidays, etc.), the delivery time can be up to 5 working days.

International delivery (DHL): 48-72 working hours, depending on the destination.
