Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo (approx. one pump or as much as fits in the palm of your hand).

Gently massage the scalp with your fingertips until foam forms.

Let the foam act for 1–2 minutes for the active ingredients (spirulina, salicylic acid, provitamin B5, menthol) to take effect.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Repeat if necessary (especially if hair is very dirty or oily).

👉 Recommendation: for visible results in reducing hair loss and maintaining a clean scalp, regular use, 2–3 times a week, is recommended.
